New contract begins

4 front interiors have started on a 120k refurbishment of a changing rooms and toilet block in Leicestershire for English Landscapes at Spinney Hill Park.

The project which will be overseen by one of the directors Paul Smith is due to be complete by April. 

Works include a complete strip out of the existing pavilion and maintenance building.An extension to the maintenance building. New windows and doors.  

Complete re-wire and new plumbing.  

Plastering and tiling including full decoration.

New altro flooring to changing rooms.

Supplying new services for water, electrics and BT.
